Check out the nation's top 500 outdoor returnees in the boys high jump. Vernon Turner set an Oklahoma state record and moved onto the US top 10 all-time last May when he cleared 7'4.50" at the Oklahoma State Meet. He's back to set the bar even higher in 2017.
