The wait is finally over. Today, we kick off the COROS MileSplit50 Preseason Boys Cross Country National Rankings countdown, one of the most anticipated projects of the cross-country season.
Each year, the MileSplit team dives deep into returning talent, championship experience, depth charts and rising stars to evaluate the very best high school programs across the nation. After weeks of research and discussion, we've compiled our list of the Top 25 girls squads heading into the 2025 cross country season.
Over the next several days, we'll reveal the rankings one step at a time, counting down from No. 25 all the way to the No. 1 team in the country.
