Anna Cockrell Takes Round 1 vs. Tonea Marshall
In what could easily be an early foreshadowing of the New Balance Nationals 60m Hurdle Finals, Anna Cockrell of North Carolina took the win over Tonea Marshall of Texas at the David Oliver Classic at the JDL Fast Track.

Cockrell is a USC commit, while Marshall is headed to LSU. The two have clashed on several big stage occasions; their last race was New Balance Nationals Outdoor, where Marshall took second and Cockrell third in the 100-meter hurdles.
