Girls 800m

1. Jordyn Colter (Cherry Creek, CO - Sr.) - Colter had an impressive showing at the Colorado State Meet, she set new records in both the 800m 2:04.56 as well as 1600m 4:46.22. Her 2:04.56 800m ranks U.S. No. 1. Earlier this year she won the mile at the Arcadia Invitational 4:45.24, and took 3rd in the 800m. Last year at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor Champion Colter finished 8th, 2:08.79.

2. Aaliyah Miller (McKinney Boyd, TX - Jr.) - Miller has gone undefeated in the 800m so far this year, including her 2:08.94 win at the Texas UIL Track and Field Championship. Her best time this year is a 2:05.95 which ranks her U.S. No 2. Miller was last year's USATF National JO Outdoor Track and Field Championship 800m champion in 2:06.28.

3. Kamryn McIntosh (Suffern, NY - So.) - McIntosh helped her 4x800 team to come from behind this past weekend and overtake North Rockland for a US #4 winning time of 8:59.50.4. Her 2:03 split would rank her U.S. No. 1 if run in the open 800m. Her best open 800m time this season is a 2:06.00 which ranks her U.S. No. 3. The sophomore won the New Balance Nationals Indoor title in the 400m dash this past March with a time of 54.09.

4. Sammy Watson (Rush Henrietta Sperry, NY - So.) - The New Balance Nationals Indoor champion for 800m is actually ranked better in the 400m (US #4 53.08) than the 800m (US #9 2:07.86) this spring. But the sophomore has not needed to run faster, as she is undefeated - including a win at the competitive Loucks Games. Her personal record of 2:06.35 came in placing runner-up at the USATF National Junior Olympics last summer.

5. Ersula Farrow (Oak Park, MI - Sr.) - The big-time racer ranks U.S. No. 11, but never count her out when a championship title is on the line. The senior recently led her 4x800m to a US #1 time of 8:54.29 to win the Michigan State Championship. She is a three-time state champion in the event with a personal best of 2:06.75, which she ran while representing Team USA at the IAAF World Youth Championships. She is a three-time All-American in the event, twice finishing runner-up at the indoor nationals.

6. Sarah Walker (Germantown Friends, PA - Jr.) - The junior won the Professional Women's 800 this week at the John Hay Memorial, clocking personal best of 2:06.43. She finished fourth for All-American honors at New Balance Nationals Indoor and has a track record of 12 sub-2:10 800m finishes.

7. Annie Fuller (Manistee, MI - Sr.) - The senior is enjoying a huge breakout year, as she cracked 4:50 in the 1600m and 2:10 for 800m for the first time. The Michigan State recruit swept both events at the Michigan state meet for the third year in a row; she ranks US #6 2:07.4 for 800m and US #11 4:44.5 for 1600m, both of which were solo efforts.

8. Mikaela Smith (Clovis North, CA - Sr.) - The senior looks for her third consecutive California 800m state title this weekend to close out her career as one of the Golden State's most prolific middle distance runners. She owns a personal best of 2:06.85 and ranks U.S. No. 12 this year with a season-best effort of 2:08.44 in an undefeated spring.

9. Hannah Long (Eureka, MO - Sr.) - The Stanford-bound senior is a mile specialist, but showcased her wheels with a 2:06 anchor on her school's state-winning 4x800m relay. She clocked a solo 2:08.87 to rank U.S. No. 16 and win her 10th state title. Long's only loss on the track this year was to Stephanie Jenks in the 1600m at the Kansas Relays and has since run a solo US #1 4:40.15 for the distance. She will race the Professional Women's 800m at the Festival of Milestonight in St. Louis, Mo.

10. Hannah Parker (Coe Brown Academy, NH - Sr.) - The top returner and runner-up from the 2014 New Balance Nationals Outdoor Championship ranks U.S. No. 7 with a 2:07.62 effort. The senior owns a personal best of 2:06.12 and has raced under 2:10 10 times in her career. A lone blemish on her resume this spring was a third place finish at the Loucks Games versus Watson (#4) and Sage Hurta of New York.
