Boys 800m

1. Donavan Brazier (Grand Rapids Kenowa Hills, MI - Sr.) - The senior has the U.S. No. 1 time this year with a 1:48.07, which also ranks U.S. No. 9 All-Time. Brazier is the defending New Balance Nationals Outdoor Champion and finished third at the New Balance Nationals Indoor this year. He has run under 1:49 in his past three races.

2. Blake Yount (Smoky Hill CO, -Sr.) - This senior holds the Colorado State 800m record of 1:50.59, which ranks him U.S. No. 3. He is undefeated this year in the 800m.

3. William Mayhew (Cheyenne Mountain, CO - Sr.) - Mayhew broke the Colorado State Meet record with a time of 1:50.74, only to watch Yount break it just minutes later. Mayhew was this year's Colorado State Champion in both the 1600m (4:15.63) and 800m. His current 800m time of 1:50.74 ranks him U.S. No. 5.

4. Sam Ritz (Germantown Academy, PA -Sr.) - Just this past weekend, Ritz beat out John Lewis in the 800m at The 10th Annual John Hay Memorial Pennsylvania Distance Festival, finishing in a time of 1:50.72. The two have been battling back and forth the entire year. Ritz is ranked U.S. No. 4 in the 800m with a time of 1:50.72 and U.S. No. 17 in the mile with a time of 4:09.49.

5. John Lewis (Cheltenham, PA - Sr.) - Lewis is the only other prep besides Brazier to break the 1:50 barrier this year, with a U.S. No. 2 time of 1:48.72. The senior won the 800m at both the Pennsylvania State Indoor and Outdoor meets; Pennsylvania is arguably one of the deepest 800m states in the nation.

6. Myles Marshall (Kingwood, TX - Sr.) - Marshall has yet to post a big time this year with a season-best mark of 1:51.88, but the senior should not be overlooked. Last year, Marshall placed third at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals with a time of 1:49.24, behind only Brazier and 2014 grad Joseph White (DePaul Catholic HS). Marshall also won the 2014 World Youth Olympic Games in 1:49.14 and placed runner-up at the 2014 USATF Junior National Outdoor T&F Championships.

7. Brian Bell (Dunbar, OH - Sr.) - Bell was this year's New Balance Nationals Indoor Champion in the 800m in 1:51.08. His best time this season outdoor is a 1:51.04, which ranks him just outside the U.S. top 10 times this season at No.11.

8. Rey Rivera (Old Bridge, NJ - So.) - Rivera, who is just a sophomore, ran huge four-second personal best of 1:50.82 to win the New Jersey Meet of Champions and take U.S. No. 7 on the U.S. Top 10 list.

9. Spencer Brown (Wilton, CT- Sr.) - Brown is the Connecticut State Class L Champion with a time of 1:50.88 which ranks him U.S. No. 8. The mark broke American Record Holder Casimir Loxsom's state meet record.

10. Carlton Orange (Memphis University School, TN - Sr.) - His 1:50.94 from the Sugar Bowl Classic ranks him U.S. No. 8. Orange finished third at Mt. SAC Relays in 1:51.75. The senior won the 400m (48.07) at the Tennessee State Track and Field Championship.
