Meet registration: at SFUs track from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, 7/14/11.
Entry Fee: $10 per athlete, unlimited events.
All events are open competition. All ages are welcome.
Events may be women and men together, event seeding after registration.
Throwing events and Long Jump: 4 straight marks, no finals.
Throwing events located behind Stokes Athletic Center.
Hand timing of all track events. Results posted on www.sfuathletics.com

(13 barriers 30 high, and 3 water jumps 30)
9:45pm Mile
10:00pm 4 x 400m relays (mixed genders within a team ok)
