Online Registration Instructions
All schools from the Fraser North Zone are invited to attend Coquitlam's Cross-Country Invitational to preview the course prior to the Fraser North Championships on Wednesday October 28th, 2026.
Race Format:

#2 | 3:50 pm | Jr. Boys | 4.0 km | 1 large loop |
# 3 | 4:20 pm | Sr. Girls | 5.0 km | 1 small loop & 1 large loop |
#4 | 4:45 pm | Sr. Boys | 5.0 km | 1 small loop & 1 large loop |
Ribbons will be given to the top 10 individuals for each division. Rosettes will be given to the winning team in each division. Teams will be scored on the top 4 athletes, from the same school, in the Jr. Girl, Jr. Boy, Sr. Girl and Sr. Boy categories.
Costs:
The cost is $2 per athlete only for all non-Fraser North Zone schools. Full payment will be required prior to race start time to compete.
Location:
The course will be at Mundy Park (Gate 7), Hillcrest Street entrances in Coquitlam. You can also park by the Mundy Park Pool as well. The course covers grass, cement and trails. It will be wet if raining. There is a washroom facility, see park map on the next page. There is several parking lots marked on the park map. Please allow for sufficient time in case the nearest parking lots are full so that runners do not miss their race.
