- Relays can only contain registered athletes. Athletes can only enter up to 2 relays and must be in their grade group. Exception: if a relay team does not have enough athletes, a younger athlete may move up to an older group provided they are NOT taking the spot of an athlete from the age group who wishes to enter a relay.
