Final Schedule

7:20 pm- Open Mile

7:30 pm- Girls 2,000m Steeplechase

7:50 pm- Boys 2,000m Steeplechase, 2 heats

8:15 pm- Open 5,000m 

8:35 pm- Girls 800m

8:40 pm- Boys 800m, 3 heats

8:55 pm- Open 2 mile

9:10 pm- Girls Mile

9:15 pm- Boys Mile

9:25 pm- Women's Elite Mile

9:30 pm- Men's Elite Mile

9:45 pm- Mixed 4x4

WE WILL HAVE AN UPDATED MEET SCHEDULE THE WEEK OF THE MEET BUT THE MEET WILL RUN INTO THE NIGHT AND START LATER THAN PREVIOUS YEARS. THE FIRST HS EVENT WILL BE THE STEEPLE CHASE WHILE IT IS STILL LIGHT OUT. PLAN FOR THE MEET TO START AFTER 6 PM

We are excited to bring back the Night at the Island meet again in 2024! After last years success we can't wait to host you again this year! We will be offering the following races this year! All high school races, excluding the 2k steeple, will be paced to fast times based on the section! Goal times will be determined the week of the meet based on the quality of each field! 

Open Races- 5,000m and Mile (get your mile qualifier for the Liberty mile)

High School Races- 2000m Steeplechase, 2 mile, 1 mile, and 800m

The high school sections will each have an elite section limited to 10 athletes. The elite section will be the top 10 athletes that sign up in descending order based on season best times. Each of those athletes will receive a full Hoka One One custom Night at the Island Racing Kit! Each winner of the invited high school sections will receive a Pro Bike and Run Gift Card and other prizes!
