Location: Henderson County High School, 2424 Zion Road, Henderson, KY 42420.

Meet Time and Date: Thursday, May 9th.  Field Events will begin at 5:15 and the running events will begin at 5:30.  There will be a very brief coaches meeting at the finish line once all schools have arrived. Implement weigh-in for shot put and discus start at approximately 4:45.

Entries:  Schools will be permitted to enter 2 athletes in the individual events and one team per relay.  Athletes may compete in a maximum of four events. 

Entries DUE:  Entries are due by 6:00 pm Tuesday, May 7th.  A preliminary performance list will be emailed out Wednesday morning, after which coaches can make scratches and substitutions until 10 am Thursday.  Changes will not be permitted after this time.

General Meet Information: All events will be contested, and we will follow the standard order of events (order is at the bottom).  Pole Vault will be the only non-scored event.

Track Events - 4x800 - 100h - 100m - 4x200 - 1600m - 4x100 - 400m - 300h - 800m - 200m - 3200m - 4x400

Field Events - Girls Disc (followed by boys), Boys Shot Put (followed by girls), Girls High Jump (followed by boys), Long Jump followed by Triple Jump.

Awards:  Ribbons will be awarded to 1st-6th place finishers.  Team trophies will be presented to the 1st and 2nd place teams. 

Scoring & Timing:  Scoring for the meet will be 10-8-6-4-2-1 for both individual events and relays.  We will be timing the meeting using FinishLynx Fully Automated Timing.
