Additional Scratches Due: Wednesday. May 22nd @ 3:00 pm

o   After the entry deadline, Sunday, May 19th @ 11:00 pm, only scratches will be allowed.

Entries: All entries will be submitted through Milestat declaration deadline of Sunday, May 19th @ 11:00 pm. Once an athlete is registered, he/she is considered declared for that event. If a runner is entered in 3 individual running events, they may not be scratched past the declaration deadline (Sunday, May 19th @ 11:00) and then entered in a relay.  That runner has already met their limit of events entered.

Entry Limits: Each Team will be allowed 3 athletes per event and 1 relay team.  Additional entries will be allowed only if all athletes have met the Regional Qualifying Standards.  If 4 or more athletes are entered in an individual event and they all have not met the Regional Qualifying Standard, athletes will be removed staring with the lowest performance until the event limit is correct for that school.

State Qualifiers: Top 4 finishers in each event plus anyone who meets the state qualifying standard in the regional meet, or in a sanctioned meet involving 10 or more teams (5 or more teams if fully automated timing is used).  See VHSL Handbook Section 84 for additional qualifying criteria.  

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Team Tents: All team tents will need to be located outside of the black fence in the grass areas. No tents will be allowed inside the track on the turf field. Teams not using tents can use the visiting metal bleachers on the visiting side of the stadium. The start/finish line is located on the home side bleachers and want to leave those bleachers for spectators.
