will be available - Schools may issue complimentary tickets to their faculty.

VHSL passes are accepted.

General Information:

1.      Each school gets 5 entries per event and 2 relays

2.      Entries must be entered into milestat.com by Monday, May 6 at 9pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

3.      Hip numbers will be provided at check-in

4.      FAT Timing will be used

5.      This meet is for athletes or relays that need one last meet to qualify - not for the elite athletes or relays that have already qualified.

6.      Each school must provide their own batons, shot, discus, and vaulting poles. Starting blocks will be provided, but schools are encouraged to bring their own blocks

7.      This meet will follow the 2024 Edition National Federation Rule Book and the 2022-2023 edition of the VHSL Handbook

8.      The first call will be 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the event. The second call will be approximately 10 minutes prior, and the third call will be approximately 5 minutes prior. The one-minute rule will apply in all field events.

NOTE: The one-minute rule will apply in all Field Events.

9.      Athletes should report at the first call. In events run by heats, all starters must report to the clerk at the check-in area before the first heat is run. Failure to report at the time will result in a scratch. Individuals declared for participation will have that event count against their event total, regardless of whether they compete in the event.

10.   Team members must wear their school uniform. A competitor must wear the proper track uniform and display their contestant number before they will be permitted to compete. Numbers must be attached to hips.

11.   Coaches are asked to keep their squad in the stands, off the track, and out of the infield, except when an individual is competing. The only people allowed on the infield are those with identification tags indicating an official capacity in the meet, and coaches in appropriately identified coaching areas or boxes. All others may be disqualified. No electronics are allowed in the competition area.
