Meet Information
Hello everyone!
- I just wanted to let you know a few things about the meet and how things will be run. We will handle all the recording and scoring for all teams. The results will be emailed by the following morning.
- There will be an open pit format for discus followed by shot put. They will be open for one hour each unless numbers dictate longer, but that should be enough time. Both boys and girls compete at the same time.
- There will be an open pit format for long jump followed by triple jump. They will be open for one hour each unless numbers dictate longer, but that should be enough time. I think that will be enough. Both boys and girls compete at the same time.
- Pole vault will be run girls and then boys. Once girls are finished the boys will begin. Please make sure your athletes bring their own poles and the pole-vaulting signoff sheet.
- High jump will be run boys and then girls. Once the boys finish the girls will begin. Please let us know if your athletes need a particular starting height since it is early in the season to accommodate everyone.
- We will be announcing first/second/third calls and when pits open, 15 minutes before closing, and closed.

The location is wrong. There was not an Elmira Heights or TAE option for the exact location. IT IS NOT AT WEST ELMIRA TOWN HALL. I selected that since it wasn't a high school and it required a location. IT IS AT THOMAS A. EDISON HIGH SCHOOL IN ELMIRA HEIGHTS, NY.
