Meet Information

THE TRACK FACILITY WILL OPEN AT

3:30 PM ON Wednesday, 04/24. Buses should pull around the school and park

in the side lot. If no spaces are available, there is extra parking behind the

school.

ENTRIES: Unlimited Entries

     

 Entries close on Tuesday, April 22nd at midnight

ENTRY FEES

The entry fee is $50.00

total PER SCHOOL (both boys and girls teams).  Entry

fees are to help with the payment for the F.A.T. timing of the meet. 

Entry fees can be paid by mailing a check to Central High School Track and

Field 5000 Warrior Drive Norton, Virginia 24273. Teams can also bring a check

the day of the meet.

WEIGH-INS

Weigh-ins will take

place outside the concessions stand near the shot and discus area. Only APPROVED IMPLEMENTS are to be in the

throws areas.

COACHES MEETING will be at 4:00 pm by the timing tent on the

30 yard line.

If anyone would like to volunteer to assist in

running a field event, please email to let us know by Monday, 04/01.  Any

remaining field events will be assigned evenly throughout the teams

attending.  Those assignments will be emailed/communicated late Tuesday

night (04/23) or early Wednesday morning (04/24).

 Girls Discus, Boys Shot, Girls High Jump, Girls Long

Events will be 3 attempts/no finals with the exception of High Jump.

      -High Jump Starting Heights-----Girls (4-0) 2 inch
