Thank you for joining us for some great competition surrounded by the positive energy athletics provides.

The information below replaces the coach's packet. No coach's packets or heat/flight sheets will be distributed at the meet. All heats and flights will be finalized as of Friday, April 26, 2024 at 8:00pm. All 2024 NFHS and OHSAA General Athletic and Track & Field Rules will be followed.

Entry Information & Deadlines

General Entry Information

2 entries per individual event. 1 relay event per team. Please enter realistic times and marks for all athletes. Heats will be used for all running events running fast to slow. Meet management reserves the right to reject unrealistic entry times/marks submitted and change them to No Time or No Mark. Note: there will be no pole vault.

Entry Deadline

Entries are due by Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 9:00am. Please make sure all possible competitors are entered on your MileSplit roster.

Substitutions

Substitutions are due by Friday, April 26, 2024, at 6:00pm. Use the following link to submit substitutions: SUBSTITUTION FORM. Any replacements made on the day of meet must be submitted by 10:00am at the finish line tent in writing. Any meet day runner substitutions will be placed in the same heat and lane as the runner being replaced. Relay substitutions will be only if a meet record is set to reflect the correct names in the results.

General Meet Info

Pole Vault. Pole vault will not be contested.

Relays. No relay cards. All relay participants and alternates will be entered in MileSplit.

Games Committee. The Games Committee will consist of 5 individuals to include: the meet referee, meet manager, one girls' head coach and one boys' head coach, and one field event coach.

Inclement Weather Plan. The OHSAA Inclement weather policy will be followed. If inclement weather occurs, teams must return to their buses or enter the Lutheran West building as directed by school officials.

Coach's Verification Form

Please print and complete the coach's verification form. No rosters need to be exchanged since all entries are completed online. Please make sure all possible athletes are entered on your MileSplit roster. The verification form may be found online HERE

There will be a meeting at 9:15am at the finish line for the head coaches and all team captains. If you do not have designated team captains, please send one honorary captain from each gender's team to the meeting with the head coach.  Please submit your verification form at the meeting.

Heat & Flight Sheets (Updated 4/26/24 at 10:15pm) Scratch & replacements on the day of the meet will remain in the same heats/flights.

Live results will be available on the Ohio MileSplit Meet Page as well.

Scoring & Awards

Individual Awards: 1st through 3rd places will be scored with medals for each place. Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place awards will be presented immediately after the conclusion of each event at the 50 yard line. Complete awards packets will be available for coaches to pick-up at the awards area at the conclusion of the meet.

Team Awards: Trophies will be awarded at the conclusion of the meet at the 50 yard line to the 1st and 2nd place teams for each gender.

Team Camp & Athlete Information

Team Camps

Please use the visitor stands on the east side of the stadium (alongside Linden Road) or the grassy area to the north of the visitor stands for all team camps. Do not set-up team camps in the home stands. Home stands are reserved for spectators only.

Athletes

Only competitors warming-up and competing are allowed on the infield and track. All others must be outside of the infield area. No electronic devices or headphones/earbuds are allowed in the competition area. Athletes in violation of this rule will be removed from the competition area immediately and may be subject to ejection from the meet.

Trainer

The LW Athletic Trainer Brent McClure will be on-site starting at 9:30am on Saturday 4/27th. If an athlete would like to be taped prior to their event, they will be asked to provide their own supplies. Water coolers will be provided, however, athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles as cups will NOT beprovided. Lastly, ice bags will be available for any injuries that occur during the meet.

Ticketing Information

Cost of entry is $10 for adults and $5 for students. Children 6 and under are free. Senior citizens 65 and over are also free. Presale tickets are available by Clicking Here We will also sell tickets at the gate, cash and cards are accepted.

Concessions

A fully stocked concession stand will be open and accepts cash and credit card.
