Online Registration Instructions
Championship Season is here. East Mecklenburg High School will be the host
for the 2024 Southwestern 4A Conference Championship, and entries will open on April 17th.
Wednesday May 1, 2024, Providence High School will conduct all of the field event and the 4x800 meter relay. There will be a coaches meeting at 4:00, and at that time we will be taking scratches, (No late entries or substitutions). Implement weigh-in will take place at 4:20, and start time will be 5:00.
Thursday May 2, 2024, all remaining running events will be at East Meck, with FAT Live Timing Results. Start time will be 5:00.
Scoring: Meet will score top 7 places (10,8,6,4,3,2,1)
Meet Schedule: Wednesday May 1, 2024 at Providence High School - 4x800 Relay (girls followed by boys) Boys Long Jump (followed by girls) Girls Triple Jump (followed by boys) Girls Shot Put (followed by Boys) Boys Discus (followed by girls) Girls Pole Vault (followed by boys)
Field Event Judges: High Jump-Butler, Pole Vault-Providence, Long Jump-Independence, Triple Jump-Rocky River, Shot Put-East Meck, Discus-Charlotte Catholic, Timing-Butler, Results Verification-East Meck All schools will assist with exchange zones during the meet.
Meet Schedule: Thursday May 2, 2024 at East Mecklenburg High School - All events will be run as finals (No Semi-Finals). Girls will start each event, followed by the boys.
Order of events: 100H, 110H,100, 4x200, 1600, 4x100, 400, 300H, 800, 200, 3200, 4x400
Coaches ans athletes are expected to show good sportsmanship, and adhere to all of the NCHSAA Track rules and regulations.
