THIS IS THE OFFICAL MEET FOR ROCKY FORDS MIDDLE SCHOOL INVITATIONAL 2024!

We apologize for the change of Meet registration. We were locked out of our last meets management. 

Registration is now open and will be closed tomorrow (Friday, April 12th at 10:00 am)

Rocky Ford Jr High Track Meet
Date: Saturday, April 13 2024
Location: Melon Field @ Rocky Ford Jr/Sr High
8:15 a.m.Coaches Meeting/Scratch Meeting 
9:00 a.m.Field Events
11:15 a.m. Running Events
Awards: Ribbons for 1st through 6th place. Relays will only get ribbons through 4th place.
Concessions: There will be concessions.
Fee: The cost of the meet will be $150 ($75 for boys and $75 for girls).Registration: All teams must register through MileSplit
General Information: Athletes will NOT be allowed on the football field, unless they are warming up or competing inan event. 
Each team will be asked to set up their camps on the practice football field. We want to keep the stands open for spectators. Please keep athletes in your respective camps. Trash bags will be provided, and teams are asked to monitor their area during the meet.
Restrooms are located in the gym foyer. NO Spikes in building!
No Sunflower seeds!
Each team will be allowed to have 3 participants in each individual event or race and 2 relay teams, (Ex: Team A and Team B 4x100 Only).
All running and field event participants must be registered through MileSplit
If participants are not present at the event by the third call, we will not call or look for them and they will be scratched.
Each school may have one relay team(except 4x100). You are allowed only two teams in the meet. Check in for all races will be at the start lines of each race. 800 M and 1600 M runs will start with a waterfall start.
Athletes can use only 1/8 spikes or running shoes. Starting blocks will be provided.
All competitors need to check in with the clerk by the second call.
Field Events: We will have three throws or jumps for each athlete. NO FINALS. We will supply all throwing implements, please leave yours at home or on the bus.
Athletes can use only 1/8 spikes or running shoes on the runways.
High jump will have three attempts per height. Starting height for the girls will be 3'6". Boys will be 4'0".Athletes need to check-in with field event official to begin jumps/throws
All field events are closed until the field referee is present.
