Online Registration Instructions
Please make check payable to DSF Track and Field all payments will be due by the start of the meet. There is a $100 fee for all teams that will be participating.
5:00 PM - GIRLS DISCUS (FOLLOWED BY SHOT PUT), BOYS SHOT PUT (FOLLOWED BY DISCUS), GIRLS HIGH JUMP (FOLLOWED BY BOYS HIGH JUMP), GIRLS LONG JUMP (FOLLOWED BY TRIPLE JUMP), BOYS LONG JUMP (FOLLOWED BY TRIPLE JUMP)
ALL RACES GO GIRLS THEN BOYS (With the exception of the mixed relays)
5:15 PM - 4 X 800M RELAY (BOYS AND GIRLS TOGETHER)
5:30 PM - 100M Dash
5:40 PM - 1600M Run
5:55 PM - 4 X 1 Relay
6:10 PM - 4 X 100M Thrower relay
6:15 PM - 800M
6:35 PM - 200M Dash
6:45 PM - 4 X 400M Relay (there will be two regular heats followed by a fun 4X4 relay. Anyone is welcome to run)
ENTRY LIMITS: Unlimited for all running and field events. Relays will be 3 teams per school.
This is Senior night and all seniors will be recognized ahead of the meet starting.
The times are approximate. The meet will be on a rolling schedule so please be sure your team is on time and listening for race calls. All athletes need to be checked no later than the second call. We will not wait for athletes at the start line.
