Meet Information
Nashville Youth Track Series League- Hosted by Lipscomb Academy and Overbrook Catholic School will facilitate meet production for area schools and individuals. During the spring, Our goal is to host a 4 meet season for athletes in grades 1-8 to explore the sport of track.
We compete at local tracks where athletes race 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and 1600 m. We are also introducing field events - Shot Put and Long Jump as opportunities to learn and compete.
The primary purpose of the Meet Series is to aid in the development of youth track runners in the Nashville Area.
Athletes can compete as part of a school-based team, a homeschool co-op, or as unattached individuals.
United States Track Federation will serve as your meet director, with the Timing Team overseeing results and timing.
