General Information
1. Entry Due Date Wednesday, May 2nd by 10:00 pm. You must submit your entries at
www.milesplit.com
2. All NMAA and Federation Rules Apply
3. Each school is allowed 1 relay and unlimited entries in all other events.
4. In the shot put, discus, javelin, long jump and triple jump, each contestant will get 3
preliminary jumps/throws, and then the top 7 will move to finals and get 3 more attempts.
The best distance out of the 6 attempts will be used for order of finish.
5. Starting heights: Girls High Jump- 40 Boys High Jump- 50
Girls Pole Vault-60 Boys Pole Vault-90
6. The meet will be F.A.T. and all results will be available at the end of the meet.
7. Scoring will be; 7-5-4-3-2-1 for individual and 10-8-6-4-2-1 for relays.
8. Heats will be run fastest to slowest.
9. All running events take priority over field events. If your athlete has to leave a field
event to run, make sure they return to the field event promptly.
10. Team camps will not be allowed on the infield. Camps may be set up on the side of the hill by the press box.
11. Unlimited entries per team per event. Contestants are limited to 5 events, but no more
than four can be running events and not more than four can be field events. No more than
three races can be 400 meters long or longer.
12. 3A District 4 Awards- Medals for 1st - 3rd Place, Champion Trophies for 1st place Girls & Boys teams.
