Individual and Relays: athletes can compete in a maximum of 3 running events, unlimited field events.
Deadline for Entries: Wednesday, April 10th , 2023 at 10:00pm

Throwing Implements must be provided by competing athletes and will be subject to weigh-in before the competition.
Starting Heights:
