• Field Events begin at 10:00 AM and Track events begin at 10:30 AM
• Entry limits of 3 individual events and 1 relay OR 2 individual events and 2 relays
• All heats will run slow to fast
• All qualified athletes plus one free entry (if they are close to the standard)
• Field events will be set in flights with a max. of 16 athletes per flight, by seed
• All throws and horizontal jumps will receive 4 jumps/throws. NO TRAILS / FINALS
• All Finals 

Track Start Time = 10:30 AM (Rolling schedule)

Order of events: (All events Girls followed by Boys, except for 110HH and 100HH)
