17th Annual Robinson Twp Christian School T&F Invitational 2024

Pittsburgh, PA

Meet Information

Welcome to the registration for the 17th Annual RTCS Track & Field Invitational at the RMU Island Sports Center's P3R Track & Field Complex on Neville Island.

Wolf Creek Meet Management will provide Fully-Automatic Timing (FAT) for the track events.  We will have two (2) certified PIAA Meet Officials for the track, and one USATF certified Head Field Judge.

Come join us for competition unto the glory of God!

SCHOOL TEAM PAYMENT: Due to increased costs from multiple entities, there is now a "School/Team Fee of $50 per school in addition to the cost of $12/athlete. (E.g., the total cost for Resurrection Academy with 12 athletes would be $50 + (12 x $12) = $194. Checks should be made payable to "RTCS" and must be POSTMARKED BY WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17, 2024. Please mark "INVITATIONAL FOR " on memo section of the check.

Please Note: All fees are Non-Refundable.

Athletes may enter in up to four (4) individual events PLUS any relays as usual. Some events, such as the distance races (800M, 1600M & 3200M), the throwing events (shot, discus & turbojav) and the triple jump will permit more than 3 athletes per team. However, only 3 per school will be eligible to score points. Schools may enter more than 1 relay team but only the fastest one will be eligible for a place finish.  No events have "unlimited" entries per school.  See the specific event for the maximum number per school.

As always, no Middle School participant may compete in the High School competition (and, of course, vice versa.) And a competitor's birth certificate determines the division in which he or she participates.

Please don't wait until the last moment but begin entering your athletes into events asap. You may keep updating them until the Wednesday, 4/24 deadline at 10:00PM. No entries can be made after this so event seeding can be done. Only scratches or eligible relay substitutions will be permitted on the day of the meet. When entering times or distances, particularly in the sprints, please use only actual times (even if simply a time trial) from this season.

We are bringing back the 4 x 400M Mixed (co-ed) Relay, too! There will be no running of the traditional 4 x 400M Relay.

As we did last year for the first time we will be awarding team trophies in two classifications. The two classifications, Class A (smaller schools) and Class AA, are based on school enrollment (middle school & high school separately) and historical competitive balance criteria. All athletes will compete against each other in the various events by division just as normal. However, team point totals will only be compared to other teams in the same classification for the First Place trophy in each division. Each division, then will have two First Place trophies, one for Class A and one for Class AA. There will be no Runner-up trophies just like last year.

Final event entries and updates to seed times and distances CLOSE at 10PM, Wednesday, April 24.
