Online Registration Instructions
AAIS League Championships
Entries must be submitted by 10am the day of the meet. If you scratch after 10am, the athlete is ineligible to compete in the entire meet.
Scoring:10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 for Individual Events and Relays
Awards:Individual Events:Medals to Top 3 Places
Relays:Medals to Top 3 Teams
Teams:Plaques & Shirts to Top 3 Teams
Check-In:Athletes should report to the clerk when their event is called.
If an athlete misses their heat they cannot change to another heat.
Participation:A varsity athlete can participate in any 4 events including
field events, relays and/or individual events.
Individual Events:3 competitors per school
Relays:1 team per school
Heats:Lane and heat assignments will be arranged in heats according to seed times.
Uniforms:All athletes should wear clearly identifiable school uniforms.
Hip Numbers:Hip numbers will be given out at the check-in table.
Batons:All school will supply their own relay batonsOrder of Events:
