Meet Information
Welcome to the 67th Cuyahoga Relays! A few points to remember...
- The entry window opens at 3:00 pm on Monday, April 22. The entry deadline is 11:00 pm on Friday, April 26. PLEASE be prompt!
- Scratches/changes to relays can be made at the meet, HOWEVER, you can NOT add a relay/event if it was a non-entry online at the deadline!!! The coaches scratch meeting will be at 10:30 AM behind the press box after field events have gotten underway. Please also remember that substitutions can only be made with athletes who are listed on your rosters on MileSplit.
- This is a RELAY meet. There are no individual events. Please enter 1 relay per event; 3 athletes per field event and 4 athletes per track event. You may enter fewer than 3 athletes in field events, but obviously 4 are required for all track events. The top 6 places will score (10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1) in all events, including
- There will be a 400 meter DIESEL RELAY (4x100 Meter Throwers Relay), however, IT WILL BE SCORED THIS YEAR!! Please only enter legitimate throwers in this event (by the honor system)!
- PLEASE note that the Distance Medley Relay is NOT A TRUE DISTANCE MEDLEY!!! The order is 800m, 200m, 400m, 1600m with all california exchanges
- ALL RELAY TEAMS in both Track AND Field events, MUST BE IN MATCHING SCHOOL UNIFORMS!!!
- PLEASE use 1/4 inch PYRAMID spikes (or smaller) only. No other type/size spike is permitted on our track! Spikes will be for sale in the press box for 10 cents per spike, if needed. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter!!!
- PLEASE no tape or chalk marks on the track and/or runways!!! The one exception is in the high jump where a single chalk mark may be used to mark steps. Cut tennis ball and/or tongue depressors are recommended to mark steps for runway field events and track relays.
