Meet Information
Unfortunately, we will not have FAT timing so please bring your stopwatches and have coaches ready to help with that. For the lane races we will need 6 coaches and if anyone has a Stopwatch capable of timing for the distance races please bring it. I only have 1 flag so if someone would bring theirs that would be appreciated. Also, don't forget to bring your starting blocks.
Coach Freeman will be the starter if that is ok with him. Everyone bring your starting guns and blanks just in case.
Coach Callahan if you don't mind I would like for you to get the kids lined up at the starting line and keep us rolling. If you can't I'll be glad to take that over. We should have a mic available for the PA system to help with calling for events.
As far as field events go I will have a Coach working LJ/TJ and Shot Put. So I'll need someone to take discus and to assist with the jumps.
Hopefully a Coach from each school can help out with watching exchange zones.
Please help me with limiting athletes on the field that are not warming up for their events. That has become a problem this season. Also, please have your team clean up your area before leaving, trash bags will be provided.
