2:45 Coach's Meeting at the finish line (All coaches should be in attendance)
3:00 Field Events Begin
- Start with Boy's Shotput/Girl's Discus
- There will be a boy's jumping pit and a girls' jump pit (Complete Long Jump and then Triple Jump)
- High Jump will begin with girls and then boys.
- ALL UNIFIED athletes will complete field events at the conclusion of the event.
3:30 Begin track events with the 4x800M relay.
For some events, there will be a UNIFIED heat at the conclusion of that event.
Once you complete results for the event that you are running, please report to the finish line to assist with timing, exchange zones and recording. The more assistance we have, the quicker the meet can run.
ALL busses can park in the gravel lot at the stadium, spectators need to park in the paved parking area.
South Johnston dismisses school at 2:15. If you do not arrive before 2:10, you will not make it into the stadium lot before 2:30. Please plan accordingly to meet the needs of your athletes. There will be restrooms available at both ends of the track. A trainer will be onsite for any medical needs as well as a water station on the field.
