Field Events:
- Each School is responsible for running a field event.
- Each Athlete can ONLY participate in 2 field events.
- If a race is called, have the athlete check out and then the athlete may return directly after their race. The event will continue and athlete will return to complete the event.

- Clip Boards
- Pens/Pencils
- Batons
- Tape Measures for Shot Put/Discus & Long Jump
- Shot Puts
- Discus
- Zone Flags
Meet Arrival:
- Team find team location in the bleachers (Closer to the finish) Do not sit at the end of bleachers close to 100 start. I will have a section reserved for each team please look for team location.
- Coaches meeting
- Team Warm-up
- 1st call field events
- Team continue to warm-up
- 2nd call field events (Athletes in field events go check in) 1st call mile
- Team continue to warm-up
- Last call field events
- Track will close last call for the mile (coaches and volunteers only) .
Meet Rules:
- Athletes will NOT be allowed on the in field once the meet starts.
- Please clean up after the conclusion of meet all trash.
- Athletes must come to event race ready.
- Each athlete can ONLY run two races! Cannot run both the Mile and 800.
- Each athlete can ONLY participate in two field events.
- There will be three calls for each event: 1st call, 2nd call, last call.

Races will begin once the Boys High Jump is over. The meet will be seed to have even and odd lanes for each school.
