ENTRY FEE: $100 per school

ENTRIES: 

• 8 entries per event per gender, Up to 2 relay teams in each relay race.

• Entries open Friday, April 5th.

• Entries must be entered at https://mo.milesplit.com/meets/608440-oak-grove-tri-2024

• The deadline for entries will be Wednesday, April 10th by 8 pm.

STARTER: Milton Genge 

TIMER: Oak Grove Volunteers, Hand-Held Timers 

EQUIPMENT:

• Pyramid Spikes 1/8" to 1/4" 

• Starting blocks will be provided. There is no tape on runways or track. 

SCORING: All events: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 

BAR HEIGHT: The entries will determine the starting height of the high jump and pole vault. 

TRIALS: 

• Boys and girls that compete in javelin will run cafeteria style and will start at 4 pm for both genders. There will be a 2-hour time limit for everyone to complete their throws. (4 attempts).

• Shot Put and Discus will run cafeteria style (4 throws each).

• Long and triple jump will run cafeteria style (4 jumps each).

• Pole vault and high jump will have three attempts at each height. Attempts restart after clearing a height.

BULLPEN: Athletes will check in at the starting/finish line for their event. They will be checked off then. No hip numbers will be given out for any race.
