Randolph HISL Meet (Grades 4-6) 2024

We look forward to seeing everyone at the HISL meet! The meet will be on our Drake campus (1005 Drake Avenue, Huntsville, 35802).We will begin at 4:15 PM-please do not arrive before 3:45! We will need to allow carline to finish. We will operate on a rolling schedule for track events. Please see the order of events below for reference, especially the call times for the field events. We will be using electronic timing, so we will offer some additional events for athletes. High Jump will be offered, but it will not be included in the overall scores and in the interest of time, we will be limiting it to only fifth and sixth grade athletes.

In order to seed events in the timing system, we MUST have a hard registration of Friday, April 12th (11 PM Central time).There will be no exceptions. All athletes entered AND any changes must be made prior to the deadline. I will send out the heat sheets for proofing and all changes must be made at that time. Substitutions cannot be made

in the timing system after the deadline has passed; however, should you need to substitute, you may do so by using the original athlete's name and without violating the 4 event maximum rule.

**NOTE: Entering your team is NOT the same as registering for the meet. You MUST enter your specific athletes in their events PRIOR to Friday, April 12th.
