3:30 PM, 3200 Relay and field events (B shot, G discus, B/G long jump, G high jump).  G shot, B disc, B/G triple, B triple will follow immediately following the completion of the prior event.

4:15 PM, remainder of running events on a rolling schedule.

6 entries max per school, per gender, in individual events.

Relay entries: 4 x 800 (unlimited), 4 x 100 (2 teams, B un-scored then A scored sections), 4 x 400 (2 teams).

3 attempts per athlete in the shot put, discus, long jump, and triple jump. 4 attempts may be permitted depending on the total number of entries in each event.  High jump starting heights will be determined based on entries and will be communicated to coaches after the entry deadline.

ENTRIES DUE APRIL 8 AT NOON! Heat sheets will be sent on April 9.

Spectators: tickets $6.00, pre-sale available at GoFan at https://gofan.co/event/1479499?schoolId=VA24917 or by using debit/credit/cash at the gate.  Please park in lots in the front of the school and use the upper ticket booth.
