*Sullivan Gardens Volunteer Fire Department will be on site to provide any emergency assistance. We will have a donation bucket at the concession stand for any donations you would like to give them for their service.
This track meet is hosted by KACHEA and is an invitational for Middle and High School including KACHEA, Home School Individuals, Tri-City Christian Academy, and Ashley Academy.
Location: The old Sullivan West High School/Middle School
PARKING IS A LITTLE SCARCE AT THE TRACK. PLEASE PARK AT THE SCHOOL JUST UP FROM THE TRACK IF THE TRACK PARKING LOT IS FULL. I HAVE BEEN ASKED THAT WE DO NOT PARK DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE TRACK AS THAT IS PRIVATE PROPERTY. THANK YOU!
RESTROOMS ARE AVAILABLE AT TRACK. Please use all trashcans available at track and be sure to throw away all trash. Thank you!

Events are measured in yards as this is an old school true 440 yard track. We will call it the best kind of track!
Concessions are going to be provided by the Sullivan Recreation Association of Sullivan Gardens. This will include: HOTDOGS, NACHOS, POPCORN, CANDY, SOFT DRINKS, WATER, and GATORADE. Prices for concessions will be posted, and I have heard the hot dogs are VERY GOOD.
There are no fees for the meet. Just bring your families and come HUNGRY! And enjoy our first ever meet in the pretty and peaceful Sullivan Gardens area of Kingsport.
RUNNING EVENTS BEGIN at 4:30pm. Shot Put will begin at 4pm
Coaches Meeting at 3:45pm.

The events will be for high school and middle school and will include:

4:30pm Running Events Begin,.
For each event, we will run all high school division first And then middle school division. For each division (ie high school or middle), we will run girls first and then boys For some events, such as the one mile and 880, we may combine divisions, depending on the number running in that event
Note: We will run elementary kids in events except relays Elementary kids will not run relays. We will run the elementary kids after both high school and middle school
Running events include:
100 yard dash
One mile
4x110 Relay
440 yard dash
880 yard dash
220 yard dash
4x440 relay
Events will be hand timed.
This is a good old fashioned and fun track meet for everyone to enjoy!
