Crews Track and Field Invitational 2024
Date: Thursday, April 4th 2024
Location: NKCSD District Activities Complex, DAC (Staley HS)
Start time: 3:15 Coaches meeting;3:30 All Field Events & 4:00 Running Events (see schedule)

Entry Fee: $175.00 for boys team and $175.00 for girls team; $350 Max
Entries: Use MO.Mile.Split Due by Wednesday, April 3rd by 12:00pm.
3 entries per individual event, 1 team for relays
Substitutions are due by noon on Thursday the 4th. Only scratches at the meet site.
Scoring:10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for all Varsity entries
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 individuals and top 3 relay teams
Track: 8-lane, Mondo all-weather track.Jumping surfaces are the same.
Spikes: 1/4" pyramid style.Longer spikes will result in disqualification
Concessions: Will be provided from the concession stand in the south endzone.
Admissions: $5 for All Spectators Digital Tickets Only:
Marks: Tennis balls only. Remove it when you're done.
Restrooms: Yes
Trainer: Training staff will be available near the 50yd line.
Field Events:
Javelin, Shot put, Discus, Long Jump and Triple Jump will receive 4 throws or jumps, no finals.
Javelin, Long, and Triple Jump will be done cafeteria style, with 90 minutes time limit.
High Jump and Pole Vault will be "3 alive format"
Starting heights will be announced at coaches' meeting.
Seating: Teams will pick locations in any of the green spaces around the track, a map will be sent out the week of the meet.
Thank you for cleaning your area before you leave.
Busses: Please avoid the 2:30pm-2:45pm dismissal time to prevent congestion. All Busses will drop off/pick up athletes and park in the visitor's parking lot (east of the stadium).

Triple Jump (90-minute Rolling Schedule W;M - Northeast end of the track)
Long Jump (90-minute Rolling Schedule M;W - Southeast end of the track)

Javelin- all entries will have 90 minutes to get in all 4 throws.
Any athletes throwing or running in an early event will need to get their throws in at 3:30pm
