TIME SCHEDULE
Field Events 4pm, Running Events 4:30pm
LOCATION DETAILS
All Bus and athlete parking: South of the Fred Maher Team Building or Wilson parking lots. All Spectator parking will be in the main two stadium lots to the East and North of the stadium.

ADMISSION
Adults/Students: $7. Tickets can be found on Bound, or credit/debit card at the meet
ENTRY FEE

BOB NIELSON TRACK/FACILITY
The Bob Nielsen Track is a polyurethane all-weather surface on which only or smaller pyramid spikes. No needle or Christmas tree spikes are allowed.Coaches, please DO NOT allow athletes to place tape on the running surface. Starting blocks will be furnished. All schools should come dressed and ready for competition. Team tents/camps must be set up outside the track oval in the stands. Shot put and discus have concrete surfaces. High jump and long jump have the same surface as the track
AWARDS
Championship Trophy for top team finish. Medals for Varsity Individual Places 1-5, Varsity Relay places 1-3
CONCESSIONS
We will have concessions, including drinks, candy, popcorn, hot dogs and pizza.
TEAM SCORING
Relays:10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Individual:10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
All events are timed finals, no prelims
Field Events: 4 final trials for all varsity contestants in shot, discus, and long jump. JV shot/disc/LJ will also have 4 attempts. All ties in scoring will be decided by National Federation Rule Book Guidelines.
FAT TIMING
FAT FinishLynx timing, each contestant when checking in will be assigned a hip number to identify them in the system. Hip Numbers must be worn on the left hip.
IMPLEMENTS
Each school should provide their own legal implements for the shot, discus, and relay events.
UNIFORM
IGHSAU, IHSAA rules will be enforced in regard to uniform and jewelry.
CONTESTANT ENTRIES
All contestants are limited to FOUR (4) Final Events
TWO (2) entries per school in the relay events (One A/One B).
Schools may enter Unlimited entries in individual running events, with the top two eligible to score. There is a limit to 4 participants in each field event, top two scoring.
COACHES, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS:
The on-line entry system is now on Bound. Entries open on April 1st at 8am. Final declares will be by April 10th @ 8pm. Changes, substitutions or scratches can be brought to the meet.
ATHLETIC TRAINER/TRAINING ROOM
An emergency tent will be supervised by a trainer from Jennie Edmundson Sports Medicine Team for attention to injuries and/or other medical needs.
MEET AWARDS/RESULTS:
Available at the conclusion of the meet in the officials room. Please pick up the Award Packet and check contents for accuracy prior to your departure. Results will be emailed to ADs and Coaches, you can also find all information, including results at
WEATHER DELAYS/POSTPONEMENTS
Any cancellation/postponement will be communicated with each school by email and social media
