Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
The Trafton Academy-Christ Episcopal Elementary/Sub-Elementary Track and Field
Invitationalwill be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at the Christ
Episcopal Track and Field Complex in Covington. The field events will begin
at 4:00 p.m. and the running events will begin at 5:30 p.m. You may register by entering your teams entries on la.milesplit.com
by Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 8:00 am.All entries are final, there will be no
changes or additions to your entries. Please do not fax or try to send entries
by phone. Athletes are allowed to participate in any four events.
Remember Coaches, we are asking that each school pay a $50.00 entry fee to help
defray the cost of the awards. Please
make checks payable to Trafton Academy Athletics.
Awards will be given to the top team in each division in the boys/girls
divisions. This meets entries are limited to (3) athletes per field event and
(unlimited) athletes per running events in each division. You may also enter
(1) relay team. We will only score the top two finishers from each school in
the individual events and only one relay will be scored. We are allowing teams
to enter the extra runners and the extra relay so all of the kids can
participate. We will not
allow extra athletes in the field events due to time constraints.
Admission will be $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children.
Concessions will be available at CES.
The following teams will participating in this year's meet:
Trafton Academy, Christ Episcopal, Roseland Montessori, First Baptist & Lake
Castle, Holden, Kehoe France and Holy Family Academy.
Each School Will Be Assigned To
Assist With A Field Event.
