Online Registration Instructions
1. Field events will start at 10:00 am with running events aiming to start as close to 10:30 am as possible.
2. Event help - just as we did last year, each team is to provide 2 NON-COACHES to help with the meet.
3. Tents - team tents can be set up anywhere outside the fenced running area.
4. Trainer - we will have our athletic trainer on site for the entirety of the meet
5. There is NO CHARGE for spectators
6. Some races may be combined if there are a small number of registrants (females and males potentially running the 1600 and/or 3200 simultaneously).
