Meet Information
Meet is only open to WC Friday, Holbrook and Cramerton.
Registration will be closed at noon on 4/7/2024.
Athletes are allowed to compete in 3 events(running and field combined). Each school can enter 5 athletes per individual event and two relay teams per relay. Please enter a seed time or you risk being in a heat with only your team or anyone else without a time.
Scoring in 3 team meets: Individual- 5,3,2,1; Relays- 5,3
Order of events:
High Jump- Boys then Girls
Long Jump- Girls then Boys
Shot Put- Boys then Girls
Discus- Girls then Boys
All Running events are Girls, followed by Boys. Running events should be run in heats when applicable, starting with the slowest heat and finishing with the fastest heat.
400 Exhibition Pack Run (Not scored- Used to allow all athletes an opportunity to compete; Athletes are not allowed to compete in any other event if entered in 400 exhibition).
110 Meter Low Hurdles (hurdles on every other blue mark-30 in. or lowest setting)
100 Meter Dash
1600 Meter Run
4x100 Meter Relay
400 Meter Dash
800 Meter Run
200 Meter Dash
4x400 Meter Relay
