Field Events:
- Each School is responsible for running a field event.
- One Athlete can only participate in 2 field events.
- If a race is called, have the athlete check out and then the athlete may return directly after their race. The event will continue and athlete will return to complete the event.
Things to bring:
- Trash bags
- Cones
- Clip Boards
- Pens/Pencils
- Batons
- Tape Measures for Shot Put/Discus & Long Jump
- Shot Puts
- Discus
- Zone Flags
Meet Arrival:
- Team find team location in the bleachers (Closer to the finish) Do not sit at the end of bleachers close to 100 start.
- Coaches meeting
- Team Warm-up
- 1st call field events
- Team continue to warm-up
- 2nd call field events (Athletes in field events go check in)
- Team continue to warm-up
- Last call field events
- Track will close 15 minutes before High Jump completes and in field should be cleared (coaches and volunteers only) .
Meet Rules:
- Athletes will NOT be allowed on the in field once the meet starts.
- Please clean up after the conclusion of meet all trash.
- Athletes must come to event race ready.
- Each athlete can ONLY run two races! Cannot run both the Mile and 800.
- Each athlete can ONLY participate in two field events.
- There will be three calls for each event: 1st call, 2nd call, last call.

400 Exhibition: 1 heats if needed (8 per team)

800 meter: 6 per team
100 meter: 3 per team (Lane Race)
400 meter: 4 per team (Lane Race
200 meter: 3 per team (Lane Race)
1600 Relay: A & B Team Together
800 Relay: A & B Team (A team scoring) Lanes (1-4) B Teams lanes (5-8)

Races will begin once the Boys High Jump is over. The meet will be seed to have even and odd lanes for each school.
