Confirmed Schools: Lone Jack,Concordia, Wellington-Napoleon, Summit Christian Academy, Crest Ridge, Knob Noster, Sacred Heart, Sweet Springs, Academie Lafayette, Heartland (Belton), Otterville, Faith Christian Academy, De La Salle, KC East Lions, Saint Michaels.
Entries: Due Monday, March 25 at 8 a.m on MoMileSplit. Please see attached information for the online entry process.
Entry Fee: $150
Timing Company: Eagle Eye Timing
Facilities: The running surface and runways are all-weather and require that no spikes larger than 3/16 inch (and NO NEEDLE) spikes be used. All jumps are inside the track. All throwing events are to the left of the bleachers in the field.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each event.
Spikes: 1/8 or 3/16 pyramid spikes only. No needle or pin spikes. Officials will be checking.
Marks: No tape on the surface. On the runways you may use chalk or halved tennis balls for marks. NO tape should be on any runways or track surfaces. For relays, we recommend halved tennis balls.
Scoring: All events are scoring. We will score each teams top 3 finishes. 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Hospitality: Coaches will be given tickets to redeem at the concessions stand.
Coaches: There will be a coaches meeting at 3:30 at the finish line where substitutions and scratches may be made. No additions. Medals Packets available at the end of the meet.
Workers: Schools will be asked to help with field events. Lone Jack Middle School athletes will also be helping with field events and hurdles.
Lockers: There will NOT be any locker room facilities available for team use. Restrooms are located by concession stands.
Infield: Please prohibit athletes from being on the infield except for warm-up. We dont want teams to set up camp in the infield, please do so in the areas surrounding the track or in the away team bleachers. The bullpen and check-in area for running events are to the far left of the track by the open gate.
Games Committee: Head coaches from each school.
