Woodland Open 2024
Coaches and Athletic Directors,
Below is information for the Woodland Open track meet being held on Tuesday 3/19.
Bus parking will be in the back row of the high school parking lot (closest to the road).
Buses will need to drop athletes off in the paved lot. Athletes will have to walk about 150 yards to the team area.
Bleacher space is limited and will be reserved for spectators. Teams are asked to camp out in the team area, located just inside the gate on the west curve of the track.
Unlimited entries into both field and running events
3:30 First round of field events begin
Listen for calls announcing when athletes need to report to field event areas after first rounds are completed.
*Long jump - boys and girls cafeteria style
*Triple jump - boys and girls cafeteria style
*Javelin - boys and girls cafeteria style
*Boys high jump, followed by girls
*Pole vault - girls and boys will progress through heights together
*Girls discus, followed by boys
*Boys shot put, followed by girls
4:00 Running events begin
We will get as many workers as possible for the meet, but be prepared to provide an adult volunteer to help at a field event or help time at the finish line. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact.
