Entry Fee:There will be an entry fee of $300 per school.
Facilities:The track is an eight lane all weather surface. The discus and shot ring are concrete. Starting blocks will be provided; all other equipment will be supplied by the competing schools. Restrooms are available. Locker rooms will not be available.
Parking:Spectators can park in the parking lot next to the track. Buses should park on 1st Street near the east end of the track.
Camps:Team camps will be allowed in the baseball outfield. Camps will not be allowed on the infield. Athletes may warm-up in the grass area where the camps are located or on the infield.
Entries: Each team will be allowed 5 entries per event. Athletes are limited to only 4 events, including relays. All entries must be submitted via MileSplit by 7:00 pm on Monday, April 29th.
Rules:The National Federation Track and Field rules for 2024 and the 2024 Track and Field Bulletin for CHSAA will be the official rules of the meet. Only 3/16 inch spikes will be allowed. The meet is a CHSAA sanctioned state qualifying meet.
Scoring:Eight places will be scored (10-8-6-4-3-2-1) in all track, relay and field events. All running events will be contested as finals in heats against time. There will be prelims and finals for the field events, with the top 9 advancing to the finals.
Awards:1st place finishers will receive t-shirts. Please send your event champion to the press box to receive their shirt. Each boys and girls team champion will receive an award as well.
Coaches Meeting:We will have a coaches meeting at 12:45 at the common start/finish line. Scratches can be made at this time. No additions or substitutions will be allowed.
Weigh-In:Weigh-ins for all throwers and pole vaulters will start at 12:30 near the concession stand.
