Southwest Estrella Foothills Regional Invite

MEET INFORMATION
The Southwest Region Meet will be held at Estrella Foothills High School (13033 S. Estrella Pk. Goodyear AZ, 85338) on Thursday, April 25, 2024. Bus parking will be available in the parking lot located to the north of the track.
This will be a state qualifying meet for all divisions. We will use a finals only format for all running events.
Implement weigh-ins will begin at 2:15 pm at the finish line. A short coaches meeting will begin at 2:45 pm near the finish line.
Javelin will begin at 3:00 pm on the practice field located to the east of the track. All other field events will begin at 3:30 pm and Running events will begin at 3:45 pm.
ENTRY FEE:
The entry fee will be $125 per gender, $250 for full team, Checks and POs should be mailed to the following address by Monday, April 22, 2024

ENTRIES
Each team is allowed 3 entries in individual events. Each school will be allowed 1 entry for relays. Athletes will only be allowed to participate in 4 events, including relays.
All entries should be made through Athletic.net by Tuesday April 23,2024 by 11:59 pm
TEAM CAMPS AND COACHES BOXES:
Team camps may be set up in the bleachers on either side of the track, but only athletes actively participating in or warming up for an event should be on the infield. Coaches boxes will be available for all field events. All spectators should remain in the bleachers and/or outside of the track fence. No electronics will be allowed in the track areas.
SCORING AND AWARDS:
Top 6 places will score. Scoring will be 10-8-6-4-2-1.
A team trophy will be awarded to the highest scoring boys team and highest scoring girls team.
CONCESSIONS AND HOSPITALITY:
Concessions will be available during the meet.
SPECTATOR ADMISSION:
Admission to the meet is $6 for adults, $3 for students, children 5 and under are free. AIA passes are accepted.
