Note: All track events will be run slow to fast w/girls first.
Please note the following information as you arrive at Church Farm School (CFS):
1.Drop Off: Buses MUST drop off and be parked in the Greystock Parking lot. The entrance to the lot is located in front of the Greystock (White) School Building.
Vans can park in the gym parking lot. You will enter the campus on Shreiner Way.
2.Official: There will be a PIAA official starter for the event.
3.Warm-ups: Teams can use the soccer field for warm-ups (No spikes on field).
4.Locker Rooms: Locker Room use WILL NOT be permitted. Teams should arrive dressed and ready to compete.
5.Hydration: Water coolers will be provided for hydration. Officials and visiting teams can bring their own water bottles.
6.Bleachers: There is NO stadium seating at CFS.
7.Team Tents: Can be set up outside the track fences in the grass and hill areas.
8.Concession Stand: There WILL NOT be a concession stand on-site. Teams should bring their own food, beverages, and snacks for the event.
There is a new Exton, PA Wawa 3 minutes from campus.
9.Spectators: Spectators can bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on the grass hill for the track event.
Spectators WILL NOT be allowed inside the field area.
10.Restrooms: Outdoor bathrooms WILL be available for public use.
A Portable potty will be available on-site for spectators and visiting team's restroom use as well.
11.Sportsmanship: No personal comments shall be directed at officials, coaches, or runners. Such action will lead to ejection from the contest site.
12.Trainer: Church Farm School will have a certified athletic trainer on site.
