3 pm - Coaches Meeting(Fieldhouse) - No Additions or Switches - Scratches Only (Running or Field)
3:15 - National Anthem
3:30 - Start of Field Events and 4x800 Relay
Girls Shot Put - 2 Flights - 4 attempts
Boys Discus - 2 Flights - 4 attempts
Girls High Jump
Boys Long Jump - 2 Flights - 4 attempts
Girls Long Jump - 2 Flights - 4 attempts
5:00 - Start of Running Events - Rolling Schedule
Track will close at 4:50 to all competitors/coaches
Infield will be off limits to everyone expect athlete's in the next event
Only entry to the track will be thru the gate at the bullpen area
Coaches must coach from Coaches Boxes
Do not bring your own blocks - we have 10 brand new sets of blocks
Teams can use the visitors stands for seating and tents
