COST: $250/School
- We will crown a team champion and team runner-up
- Coaches/Athletes decide the order of 2 boys and 2 girls per relay (except shuttle hurdles)
- You may enter four (4) contestants in each field event (2 boys, 2 girls)
- Each team may enter up to 2 teams per track event designating A team and B team
- Each competitor will receive 3 throws/jumps only
- Field events - Places will be decided by total distance among the six competitors
- Pole Vault will not be contested
- Javelin runway is rock dust; Spikes up to 1" recommended
- FAT timing will be in effect; All relays are finals
- Scoring will be 10-8-6-4-2-1; Ribbons will be given to the top 6 places.
- Up to 3/16 spikes; Tape or chalk is permitted on the track
- A contestant may enter up to four (4) events; Not every relay needs to be represented
1. 3200m Relay: 4 x 800m
2. Shuttle Hurdle Relay (Girl, Boy, Girl, Boy)
3. Distance Medley: 1200 - 400 - 800 - 1600
4. 400m Relay: 4 x 100m
5. Student Choice: 2 x 100m, 4 x 200m, 4 x 100 (throwers only), Swedish Relay (100, 200, 300, 400)
6. Sprint Medley: 100 - 100 - 200 - 400
7. 1600m Relay: 4 x 400m
Field Events: 1st Round: Girls and Boys Triple, Boys High, Girls Shot, Boys Discus
Field Events: 2nd Round:Girls and Boys Long, Girls High, Girls Discus, Boys Shot
