Location: Christiansburg High School
100 Independence Blvd.

*Please note that CHS is under renovation. Buses should plan to drop off in the bus lane which runs the perimeter of the parking lot near the stadium. Buses can then park in the far parking lot at the other end of the school. No cars should be in the bus lane at any time.
Arrival: Gates will open for athletes/teams at 8:00 AM.
Coaches Meeting: 8:30 at the timing tent.
Field Events Start Time: 9:00 AM
Running Event Start Time: 9:30 AM
Admissions: $5 for school aged children and above. Cash only please.
Team Fees: Each team will cost $50 for boys and $50 for girls to enter, $100 total-please make checks payable to Christiansburg Middle School. *Please bring a check to the meet. They will be collected at the coaches meeting.
Spectator Notes:
No chairs will be allowed in the stadium. Seating will be available in both the home and away bleachers.
Restrooms are available within the stadium.
Concessions will be available.

Team Notes:
*Warm up areas will be pointed out during the coaches meeting. Coaches will be asked to share with their athletes at that time.
*Teams supply their own batons, shot put and discus.
*Team camps will be in the bleachers during the event. Tents will only be allowed in the home bleachers if you choose to bring one.

Event Notes:
*We ask each team to have no more than 6 athletes per event.
*You can have 2 teams for each relay event.
*We will determine the number of heats needed at the time of each event, please have coaches place athletes in the most appropriate heat. We will run heats with the fastest to slowest athletes. Teams will check in with the clerk when their event is called.
