The AA teams in this region are Citizens Christian, Crisp Academy, Fullington, Georgia Christian, Grace Christian, Highland Christian, Southwest Georgia Academy, and Westwood School.
Qualification Standards:
In AA, the top 4 finishers in the region advance to the state meet along with the next 8 best marks across all regions.
3200m Qualification Standards:
- AA Boys: 12:44
- AA Girls: 16:34
4x800m Relay Qualification Standards:
-AA Boys: 11:00
- AA Girls: 14:00
Entries: Coaches should finalize their entries by April 14th at 9:00 AM. Include the athlete's first name, last name, as well as their best time, distance, or height.
Our running schedule will roughly follow the GIAA championship order of events:
9:30 AM: Implement weigh-in/scratch meeting
10:00 AM: 3200m Run
10:30 AM: Boys Shot, Boys Long Jump, Boys High Jump, Girls Discus, Girls Triple Jump, Girls Pole Vault
11:15 AM: Boys Discus, Boys Triple Jump, Boys Pole Vault, Girls Shot, Girls Long Jump, Girls High Jump
12:00 PM: 4x800m Relay
