SPAL #1 MIDDLE SCHOOL MEET
Where: Savannah State University
When: April 9, 2023
Registration ends on April 6 @ midnight
Meet begins at 3:15pm
Coaches check-in between 2:30pm and 2:45pm You will be asked to help with field events or relay transition spots.
$75.00 Registration fee per team (per gender). $150.00 per total team.

4 Divisions For Scoring: 5th&6th Girls, 7th&8th Girls, 5th&6th Boys, 7th&8th Boys
Each School can enter a max of 3 entries per event per division in running and field events
2 Relay team entries are allowed per School per division
Each athlete can participate in 3 events max total (Relay, Run, Field)
Ribbons in each division: Top 5 in Individual Events/Top 3 Relay Teams
Scoring in Each Division: 2 Per School in Individual/1 Relay Per School
Field Events: Start at 3:15pm (Only athletes that have practiced the event)
**2 Consecutive Attempts Per Event & High Jump Height Scratches and Misses Count as an Attempt**
Discus Girls & Boys at same time as they show up - Girls & Boys = 1k
Shotput Girls & Boys at same time as they show up - Girls & Boys = 6#
High Jump (Starting Heights: 5th/6th Girls = 32 7th/8th Girls = 36 5th/6th Boys = 36 7th/8th Boys = 310) Long Jump Girls & Boys as they show up
