Meet Information
Location: Frank Patton Track @ Brevard College
Address - 271 Kings Creek Loop, Brevard, NC 28712
Entries: 4 entries allowed per event. The 800m and 1600m will allow up to 6 entries each. One relay per team. Entries are due by midnight on Monday, March 11. There will be a JV 800m run at the start of the meet.
Coaches Meeting: We will hold a brief coachs meeting starting at 3:40. We will start field events at 4:00 and running events at 4:15
Bus Parking: You may park your buses along the road/grass in front of the track. Buses will be partly on the road. There is a map on the next page for reference.
Spectator Parking/Information: All spectators will park at any of the parking spots within campus. There is a parking lot across the street from the track. This will fill up. There is additional parking located at the Porter Center on Brevard College.
**There is only one small set of bleachers at the track. Encourage your parents to bring their own chair for seating.
Bathrooms: There are no bathroom facilities located specifically at the track. There are several locations within 500 ft of the track facility (baseball field, football stadium, tennis facilities). We will inform coaches which specific bathrooms are open upon arrival.
Team Tent: If you are bringing a team tent, you may set them up outside of the track.
Officials/Volunteers: We are working on having all events covered for officials and volunteers. Please be prepared to provide one coach as a volunteer to work a field event just in case we do not have enough volunteers.
