Maximum of 3 individuals and 1 relay team per event

Awards:  Medals for 1st-3rd, Ribbons for 4th-8th, Team Trophies for 1st and 2nd

Cost: $130.00/Gender or $260.00 for both (Team)

$25.00/Individual-Entered by head coach only and must be paid prior to competing

Preliminary heats will be run in the 100m, Girls 100m Hurdles, & Boys 110m Hurdles.  All other races will be run as finals.  Seed times must be verifiable.

Field event competitors will be given 3 jumps/throws and the top 9 will advance to finals.  Short Lines may be used to ensure the flow of the meet.

Concessions will be available.

There will be a shaved-ice truck also available.

General Information

  1. Athletes will not be permitted in the stadium bleacher area.

  2. Athletes will be asked to check in at an area to be designated.  After that, they will be moved to a clerking area near the event starting line once the heats have been seeded.  They will hold in the clerking area until competition.  This will be similar to the PIAA Championship meet.

  3. Only those athletes that have been called into the stadium area will be permitted to enter.  There will be a designated entrance and exit area.  Athletes are required to leave the stadium area and return to their teams area once competition has been completed.

  4. No athletes or spectators will be permitted to stand along the fence on the front stretch

  5. Once a field athlete has completed their event, they must exit the competition area.

    6. Team areas will be located outside of the fence near the softball stadium and driveway.  No tents will be allowed in the bleachers or at the top of the stadium.

Coaches:  Please review these protocols with your athletes prior to arriving at the meet.  Please email me or call me with any questions.  If registration becomes too large, we may need to close it or consider a different schedule.
